These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between [Stamp Visas LTD] (referred to as "Company" or "We") and the client (referred to as "Client" or "You"). By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Consultation Services: a. The Company provides visa consultation services to assist clients in obtaining visas for various countries. b. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities.

Client Responsibilities: a. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for visa applications. b. The Client must adhere to all deadlines and requirements set by the Company and relevant government authorities. c. Any false or misleading information provided by the Client may lead to visa denial and legal consequences.

Service Fees: a. The Client agrees to pay the Company's service fees as agreed upon during the consultation. b. Service fees and consulate fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. c. The Company reserves the right not to return passports and documents until it has received payment in full of both consular fees and its own fees. d. c. The Company will charge a deposit amount to book an appointment.

Visa Application Fees: a. Visa application fees imposed by government authorities are the responsibility of the Client and are not included in the Company's service fees. b. The Company is not responsible for any changes in government visa fees or policies. c. Consular fees and rules are often changed without notice. Should such changes occur between the time of the original client request and the time when the visa is obtained, the client is responsible for paying the new charges.

Privacy and Confidentiality: a. The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all client information provided during the consultation process. b. Client information will only be shared with relevant government authorities as necessary for visa processing.

Refund Policy: a. In the event of the visa denial due to a mistake made by the Company, we will provide a refund of our service fees, excluding any third-party costs. b. Refunds will be processed in a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. The client can cancel an appointment if and only if an appointment confirmation is not provided by the Company. b. The Company reserves the right to cancel an appointment if all the requested documents are not provided by the client 24 hours before the said appointment date. c. After confirmation of an appointment if the client cancels or reschedules the appointment the deposit amount will not be refunded. d. The Company reserves the right to charge the client an additional deposit amount in case of rescheduling.

Limitation of Liability: a. The Company is not liable for any delays, visa denials, or losses incurred by the Client in connection with the visa application process. b. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fees paid by the Client. c. The Company cannot be held responsible for any actions whatsoever by embassies/consulates/passport offices/visa centres. Such actions may include unexpected and unexplained delays or refusals of visas, loss or damage to passports or other documents.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. b. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

Loss and Damages: The Company cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by any third party postal/courier company. b. The Company takes great care when in possession of clients' passports and other documents. But should any such item be lost or damaged then The Company's liability is restricted to the direct cost of replacing the relevant item.

Modification of Terms: a. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept an order from any individual or organisation without giving any reason.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
