Tourist Visa:

• Official Japan Application form: duly completed in all sections, dated and signed.

• Ordinary passport with the following requirements:  

• Valid for 6 months from the date of expiration of the visa.      -

•  With at least 2 consecutive blank pages

• One recent passport-size photos with a white background.

• UK Residence Permit (if not a British Citizen)

•   BRP Card or Settle Status/PreSettle Status Certificate

•  Valid UK share code providing your immigration status, which can be downloaded at the  following  link:  https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status

• Letter from employer or academic institution in the UK certifying your employment/enrolment

• Document to prove the ability to pay for travel expenses

• Bank statement for the last 3 months to show sufficient funds​

• Itinerary with flight information

• Detailed Schedule of Stay

For Business Applicants:

• Certificate of Eligibility

• Tourist visas take one week and business visas take 4 days from the day of submission.

• All visas are valid from the date of issue.​
