Business Visa

​

• Official Saudi Visa Application form: duly completed in all sections, dated and signed.

• Declaration form and Additional form: dated and signed.

• Ordinary passport with the following requirements:  

      - Valid for 6 months from the date of expiration of the visa.
      - With at least 2 consecutive blank pages

• Two recent passport size photos with white background.

• UK Residence Permit (if not a British Citizen)

      -BRP Card or Settle Status/PreSettle Status Certificate

      -Proof of Residency-Recent UK Utility Bill or Bank Statement stating the applicant's full         name and UK address.

• Letter of invitation from the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (copy acceptable)

• Copy of inviting Saudi Arabian Company's registration certificate.

• Letter from UK registered Employer:

      -Be on company letterhead paper

      -State the applicant's name, job title, passport number and nationality 

      -Specify the purpose of journey, proposed travel dates and invitation number (Saudi)

      -Confirm Company's Registration number, financial responsibility for the applicant

      -Be stamped, dated and signed by someone in authority 

      -Be attested by a UK Chamber of Commerce (Can be arranged by Stamp Visas)

     *Please Note that Medical Insurance from Saudi provider is a requirement for all Saudi          business visa applications.The fee for this is normally £60.00 in addition to  the Consulate and our handling fees, and may vary with each individual applicant.

• Applications cannot be withdrawn nor refunded once they have been submitted.

• Passports with Israeli stamps cannot apply for Saudi Visa.

• You must ensure that you do not hold any existing Saudi visas that are current. All previous visas must have expired before making your new application.

• Takes up to 3-5 working days after receiving your documents.

• All visas are valid from the date of issue.
