• Scanned Passport copy:

  • Not older than 10 years with 2 consecutive blank pages

• Scanned UK Residence Permit copy:

  • Valid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of expiration of the requested visa

• Scanned copy of any previous Schengen visa (2023 onwards)

• 1 UK Passport Size Photo (Digital) less than 200KB:

• No Objection Letter:

  • ​For employed: no objection letter from employer dated and signed, stating qualification, salary and start date of employment in the UK. 

  • For self-employed: copy of trade license, accountant letter and last year proof of paying taxes.

  • For students/pupils: no objection letter from school or university, stating the start and the end date of studies and the course title.

• If you are travelling for Business Purposes:

  • Letter of invitation from the company in Spain written in Spanish in which it states clearly: business relation that justifies your trip, purpose of the trip and duration of your stay in Spain.

  Proof of Sufficient Funds:

  • Last 3 months UK Bank Statements with sufficient funds covering your accommodation cost and £60 per day of your stay.

  Travel Itinerary:

  • Round-trip Ticket booking: airfare or bus

  • If travelling by car: driving license, ownership documents for the vehicle, insurance and ferry or Eurotunnel tickets.

• Proof of Accommodation:

  • Hotel booking or property lease, stating the name of the applicant.  

• Travel Insurance:

  • ​Stating the name of the applicant and day interval. It must cover all risks expected during the time of stay inside the Schengen area, offering a minimum coverage of 30.000 €, including repatriation

•  The processing time of the visa is usually 15 calendar days, but may take up to 45 calendar day
